BOOTCAMP

Structured group-based training programs that run throughout the year. Classes take place 3 – 4 times a week and a variety of training modes are used such as functional, strength, Tababta and high-intensity interval training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 or in a small group (2 – 6 people). This offers clients a more personalized experience for their journey.

NUTRITION COACHING

What we eat is a key component of in achieving and maintaining one’s goals. We don’t offer cookie cutter diet plans, we teach you how you can make small behavior changes that have the potential to produce greater results over time.
